Camping Stove Burner Archives

I have always wanted to get a wood burner. I recently purchased one and it came with 3 different tips and then one tip already attached. I wanted to change the tip but cannot get the original off. The others screw in but I can't unscrew the original. It is NOT comming off. There are no instructions with the kit. ANY IDEAS?

We have a wolf range with a French Top Burner that was recommeded by our saleperson. I have had the stove for almost 2 years and have attempted to use the burner one time. I have searched for recipes, better instructions and have come up empty handed. Any recipes, hints or cook books that you can suggest I try would be very helpful.

It kind of smells in the kitchen and surrounding rooms, even up to the attic, where i sleep. Im worried that I might be selling gas, but i've never smelled it before and can't be sure.

It could also be the burning smell of the teakettle which was on the burner... I just want to know i'm safe. What if im breathing in carbon monoxide as I type this?

My 12 year old daughter just got a Stinger/Burner playing basketball. But 2 hours later, concussion symptoms emerged such as dizziness, nausea, memory loss, headache. Is it possible to get a burner and concussion at the same time?

I bought this stuff from walmart. Its very thick, not like some of the others that are more the consistency of water, and smells like smores. I really like it but it's a pain to remove from the oil burner. I try running hot water over it but it doesn't all come off. I eventually have to use a sponge and that gets the sponge all gooey. I know I could use a paper towel but is there an easier way than scrubbing?
